Advanced Helpdesk

New licence to allow a User Account to be used as the authenticating account in the new page for submitting Survey Responses using Survey Tokens

  • A 'Create Scheduled Task' toolbar button has been added to the Actions toolbar button group in the Advanced Helpdesk:
    • When clicked, the Scheduled Task Template input panel is launched, passing the details of the current Task, allowing users to quickly create new Scheduled Task Template records
  • The Fault Code field will be automatically populated with the default Fault Code of the Instruction Set selected in the Problem field, if it has one

  • A 'Task Broadcast' toggle toolbar button has been added to the Advanced Helpdesk:
    • Task Broadcast functionality is dependent on the At Your Service Purchase Key being present

    • Tasks with Broadcast turned on will appear in the Building Feed of the MRI Dreamscape @yourService app
  • A new version of the Documents sub navigation has been added to the Advanced Helpdesk in addition to the standard System sub navigation for Documents. The new Documents grid will show Concept Documents assigned to other entities linked to the current Task e.g. the Building, Contract, Asset and so on
  • The 'Other' tab has been renamed 'Notes'

  • The labels of Advanced Helpdesk tabs have been updated so that it is possible to modify their values using Translation Strings

  • The User Preferences button in the Advanced Helpdesk toolbar has been updated so that it opens a new page for Helpdesk specific preferences

Contract View Settings A new system preference page has been added to allow system administrators to make changes to mitigate the performance impact that can occur when running queries related to hiding data outside the scope of the Contract(s) that have been assigned to the user's Contract View. Grades

A new system entity called Grades has been added.

Grades are used to Score the results of completed Mobile Audits.

Grade Profiles

A new system entity called Grade Profiles has been added.

Grade Profiles are comprised of Grade Criteria and can be associated with Mobile Audit Templates.

Grade Criteria are comprised of Grades and defined as upper and lower percentage ranges in order to score the completed Mobile Audits derived from the Mobile Audit Template.

Grade Criteria can be applied to Mobile Audits carried out against Tasks in any Contract or for a specific Contract.

      • New multi line text field entitled 'Step Notes' added

The Instruction Steps database table has been updated so that field length for the Step Description (INSTP_TEXT) has been increased from 1000 to 4000 characters.

New database fields for Criticality, StepSummary and Notes (4000 characters) have also been added to account for the structure of Task Schedules when Instruction Sets are created from an SFG20 import.

  • The View Item Response toolbar button is now hidden unless the design type of the associated Mobile Audit Template is Survey Designer
  • A new Scorecard toolbar button has been added to the Mobile Audit Results page:
    • When clicked, the Concept Report defined as the Scorecard Report for the Mobile Audit Template associated with the current Mobile Audit will be opened
    • The button is only shown when the Mobile Audit Template associated with the current Mobile Audit has Enable Scorecard set to True
    • The button is disabled if the Mobile Audit Template associated with the current Mobile Audit does not have a value for Scorecard Report
  • Certain values are now inherited when a Mobile Audit Template is selected:
    • Name field in the page to be the same as the Template Name

    • If the selected Mobile Audit Template has a Default Entity, the Entity field is auto-populated

    • If the selected Mobile Audit Template has a default Report, the Report field is auto-populated

  • New fields have been added to show:

    • The Assigned Time Record to carry out the Audit

Scheduled Task Templates

Updates as follows:

  • A new Tab has been added to the main Scheduled Task Templates grid. The tab contains a grid showing all rows from the ScheduledTaskTemplateLogs entity
  • A new copy function has been added to the Toolbar of the Scheduled Task Template input panel that can be used to quickly create copies of the current Scheduled Task Template
  • The Scheduled Task Template input panel has been updated so that it can be opened directly from a Task in the Advanced Helpdesk in order to create a Scheduled Task Template using values from the Task.

Supply Chain Survey Templates

Updates as follows:

  • A new Questions sub navigation has been added to the Supply Chain Survey Templates input panel. The sub navigation contains a grid listing details of the Survey Template Questions linked to the current Survey Template, created using the Survey Designer
  • New and updated Survey Reports to Support Images and Dynamic Panels:
    • SV-001 Survey Response

      • The standard Survey Report has been updated to make it suitable for both Work & Access or Supply Chain Surveys. Task information will be shown or hidden depending on the Survey Type. Updated Logos, fonts and formatting.

    • SV-002 Survey Response - Images

      • Version of the standard Survey Report that will display Images and Signatures when provided as Answers.

        Note: This report will only run when the base64_decode function has been added to the database. If you find that this report errors when you try to use it then please contact MRI Software support so that they can arrange for the function to be added.

    • SV-003 Survey Response - Dynamic Panels

      • Version of the standard Survey Report that is specifically designed for Surveys that contain Dynamic Panels. This report template can also be used for all types of surveys if required

    • SV-004 Survey Response - Alt Format

      • A version of the Survey Report that uses an alternative layout for questions and answers that replicates the flow of the survey submitted by the user. This report also supports Dynamic Panels

A new User Preferences button has been added to the Preferences toolbar button group in the Tasks Grid.

When clicked, a modified version of the existing User Preferences > Tasks page will open, allowing users to define all preferences in the current Task Colours tab.

A new Change of Broadcast Status option has been added to the Events tab of the System Task Preferences page, allowing auto-generation of Events for a Task when the Task Broadcast Status is set or updated.

User Self Management

A new link has been added to the Account menu in MRI Evolution, Evolution Connect and Evolution Reach that will open the system and environment information page, subject to Permission granted.

It is envisioned that it will be beneficial for users to provide this information to their IT support, where necessary.
