Events have been updated as follows:

  • The View Event Map pop up window has been updated so that when it opens, the centre point of the map is determined from the longitude and latitude of the Building where the Task is taking place, where present against the Building, if not present the centre point is based on the Default Latitude and Default Longitude values set in the system preferences for Evolution Go Server Details

  • The save method for F_EVENTS has been updated so that it will automatically set values in F_EVENTS based on values from the associated Task Event Type. This will only happen if specific values are NOT passed in the input panel:

    • EV_TYPE - DefaultEventType

    • EV_COMMENTS - Comments

    • Duration - DefaultDuration

    • EV_DUE_DATE - CurrentDateTime + DefaultDueDateOffset

    • IsSystem - IsSystemEvent

Buildings

A new Sub Navigation page entitled Tasks has been added to the Buildings input panel.

The Sub Navigation contains a grid of Tasks related to the current Building.

The Quick Entry Helpdesk can be opened from the Sub Navigation, allowing users to create new Tasks against the Building directly from the Buildings input panel.

  • Call Events will now be known as Task Event Types

  • Events, related to Tasks, will now be known as Task Events

A new Home Logo URL field to control the behaviour of the Home button, when clicked. Options are:

  • Redirect the user to their defined home page

Master Schedule Of Rates Groups

A new tab has been added to the Master Schedule Of Rates Groups grid page.

The tab is called Master Schedule Of Rate Items and contains all rows from the ScheduleOfRatesMasters entity.

Mobile Audits

A new navigator item and landing page has been added for Mobile Audits.

The landing page is accessible via a new menu item entitled Mobile Audits, in the Settings navigator group.

The landing page contains copies of the existing links from the Settings > Evolution Go landing page:

  • Mobile Audit Templates

  • Grades

  • Grade Profiles

Portfolio Types

A new Service Catalogue Portfolio field has been added to the Portfolio Types input panel.

With this box checked and the Portfolio Type set against a Portfolio, the MRI Dreamscape @yourService application will be able to link a Service Catalogue to the Portfolio. In doing so, the Service Catalogue will be applied to all Buildings assigned to the Portfolio.

This field will only be displayed if the Dreamscape At Your Service Integration purchase key is present.

Text descriptions have been added to the toolbar buttons in the Status button group of the Requested Quote sub navigation of the Requested Quote input panel and the Supplier Quote input panel itself:

The Duplicate Check button has been moved out of the Status button group.

The Resources input panel has been updated as follows:

  • A visual indicator of the On Duty status for the current Resource has been added

  • The toolbar buttons for On Duty and Off Duty are enabled and disabled dependent upon the current On Duty status of the Resource

  • The On Duty status indicator and toolbar buttons for On Duty and Off Duty are only displayed when at least ONE of the following purchase keys is present:

    • Integrated Services Module

    • FSI GO Data Publishing

  • The menu options have been updated as follows:

    • A new Navigator Group for Assignments

      • The PPM Sub Navigation has been updated to PPM Templates

      • The Schedule Task Template Sub Navigation has been updated to Scheduled Templates

    • A new Navigator Group for Activity

      • Absence Details Sub Navigation moved to the Activity Navigator Group

      • New On Duty History Sub Navigation added to the Activity Navigator Group

Time Record Status

A new field has been added to the Time Record Status page - Exclude from SLA Calculations.

When checked, any Time Records with the status are excluded from the calculations that determine the SLA Actual Date of the parent Task.

User Preferences - Tasks

The User Defined tab has been updated to include an option to show a Building map in the User Defined section of the Advanced Helpdesk, instead of the User Defined text.

The formatting and editing options for the Text \ HTML field have been improved.

Users can now add notations to reference data from the current Task and/or related entities to the Task in order to display the information in the User Defined section of the Advanced Helpdesk.
