Evolution Go

The Evolution Go settings within MRI Evolution allow for the maintenance and creation of entities for use with the Evolution Go module.

Icon	Feature	Description
	Evolution Go Users and Groups	Evolution Go Users are linked to MRI Evolution Users Accounts or Resources, before this can be done, Evolution Go Users and Groups must be loaded in MRI Evolution.
	Evolution Go Server Details	MRI Evolution will be configured to know the address and login details of the Evolution Go Integration Account in order to connect to Evolution Go.
	Mobile Audit Types	Mobile Audit Types are used to categorise the types of audit, when performing audits a type must be selected.
	Mobile Audit Templates	Audit Templates are used to configure the audit name, audit type and questions.
	Notifications	Notifications allows the sending and maintenance of Evolution Go Notifications through MRI Evolution.
	Grades	Grades are used to Score the results of completed Mobile Audits.
	Grade Profiles	Grade Profiles are comprised of Grade Criteria and can be associated with Mobile Audit Templates. Grade Criteria are comprised of Grades and defined as upper and lower percentage ranges in order to score the completed Mobile Audits derived from the Mobile Audit Template. Grade Criteria can be applied to Mobile Audits carried out against Tasks in any Contract or for a specific Contract.

	Advanced Helpdesk - Audits	A Mobile Audit can be added to an active Task. When it is the subsequently assigned to a Resource, the Task on the Evolution Go device will show the audit questions to be answered by the Resource as part of the Task.
