The Advanced Helpdesk - Actions has been updated as follows:

  • Updates to the sub navigation

    • The Task Actions grid has been enabled to display a hierarchical sub grid of Task Action Cost Coding records, depending on preferences set

      • When allowed, the sub grid will display any Task Action Cost Coding records related to the parent Task Action

      • Task Action Cost Coding records can be opened directly from the sub grid

  • Task Actions input panel:

    • New status indicator to display whether the Task Action has been Actioned or Unactioned
    • The page has been split into three tabs:

      • Action

      • Costs

      • Progress

    • New fields added and existing fields have been reorganised across the three tabs

    • Advanced costing and distribution functionality has been added

    • Awareness of new system and Contract specific preferences to control behaviour

    • Setting of Task Action Planned Start and End Dates based on Task SLA Dates

    • Updating of the Parent Task's Costs on Insert and Update of Task Actions

    • Updating of the Parent Task's Estimated Time on Insert and Update of Task Actions

    • Updates to Task Actions Actual Costs update Task Action Cost Coding Actual Costs upon updates to the parent Task's Actual Costs

    • Depending on the option selected, there's validation to prevent the Estimated Costs of the Task Action record exceeding the Estimated Costs of the parent Task

    • New 'Task Action Cost Coding' securable to control functionality

    • Advanced costing and distribution functionality included

    • Cost Centre, Cost Code and Recovery Type auto-populated from the parent Task

    • Estimated Costs can be auto-populated from the parent Task Action

    • Validation to prevent the Estimated Costs of the Task Action Cost Coding record exceeding the Estimated Costs of the parent Task Action

  • Validation has been added to Tasks to ensure that if the total of the Estimated Costs is changed it does not negatively impact any Task Actions associated with the Task

The Advanced Helpdesk - Purchase Orders has been updated as follows:

  • The SLA/Appointments side panel has been removed to make room for a new panel containing page-specific information

  • New and updated toolbar buttons

  • The ability to edit costs and cost centre / cost code information related to the parent Task

  • Updated Purchase Order Line Item grid

  • The ability to add the new 'Task Work Order' Purchase Orders in addition to 'standard' Purchase Orders

  • Auto-populating of values in Purchase Order Header and Line Items based upon the Purchase Order type

  • Updates to Line Items:

    • Awareness of System and Contract Preferences to determine whether Lines are created from Task Actions or not:

      • Creating Line Items from Task Actions and Task Action Cost Coding

      • Determining costs based on Task Actions and Task Action Cost Coding rather than Task Estimates

The Agora Queues entity has been added:

  • A new Agora Queues landing page link has been added to the Integration section of the System Preferences

  • The Buildings grid has been updated:

    • New filter options:

      • Contract

        • Filter Buildings grid to show only those that are linked to the selected Contract

      • Portfolio

        • Filter Buildings grid to show only those that are linked to the selected Portfolio PLUS those that are linked to Portfolios that are children of the selected Portfolio

      • Region

        • Filter Buildings grid to show only those that are linked to Countries that are linked to the selected Region PLUS those that are linked to Sites in Countries linked to the selected Region

  • The Buildings input panel has been updated:

    • A new sub navigation page entitled Occupants has been added to the Buildings input panel. The sub-nav will show the Contacts working/residing in an individual Building

    • A new sub navigation page entitled Cost Centres has been added to the Buildings input panel. The Building-to-Cost Centre assignment allows administrators to apply an optional additional level of filtering to the Contract Cost Centres

    • A new Golden Thread Report for Buildings has been added

    • New Print toolbar button for the report above and reorganised existing toolbar buttons

    • A Client field has been added, allowing users to link the Building to the selected Client

Cost Centres

Cost Centres has been updated as follows:

  • A State model has been added
    • Cost Centre grid:

      • The Show/Hide Historic records toggle icon has been added

      • The Delete icon has been replaced with a Status button group, allowing users to change the State of a selected record in the grid

    • Cost Centre input panel

      • A status indicator has been added to show the current State of the entity

      • The Delete icon has been replaced with a Status button group, allowing users to change the State of the current Cost Centre record

    • Cost Centres with a Historic or Suspended state will be excluded from MRI Evolution auto-completes and service methods that return Cost Centres

  • Cost Codes sub navigation has been updated:

    • The default columns have been updated

    • Cost Codes can be added and edited from the grid

    • Cost Codes can be marked as Locked for the parent Cost Centre:

      • This can be done directly from the grid or by editing the assigned Cost Code record

      • Cost Codes marked as Locked against a Cost Centre will be excluded from MRI Evolution auto-completes and service methods that return Cost Codes for a given Cost Centre
