Caches | Caching is effectively the web server getting a local copy of the core rules and labels and keeping them handy. The driving force for this is that these elements don’t change very often. When they do, the web server’s cached needs to be cleared so it will retrieve an updated list. |

Table Register |
The MRI Evolution system is based on a large back end database. There are a wide range of functions that can be altered within the Table register; these include; how the text in the drop down menus are displayed or allowing hazards and documents to be associated. It is also the gateway to define compulsory or unique fields that are linked with each table. |

|
Contract View Settings | As a User navigates through the system or runs queries and reports, Contract View queries are executed in order to hide the Contract related data that does not form part of the User's Contract View. Filtering out this data can have a negative impact upon performance. The Contract View Settings page allows system administrators to make changes to mitigate the impact. |

Queries | Queries are one of the key tools of data filtering. While MRI Evolution has quick search and column specific filtering on grids; queries allow a User to narrow data in other ways e.g. Show all those Tasks that are still active or assigned or all non-urgent calls logged today. |

Locales | Locales are derived from the base operating system and are used to provide basic system information. In particular the language set and text direction are key aspects. |

Agora Controllers are entities that are used to manage the configuration of MRI Evolution in relation to the Agora Event Hub and the integration with other MRI systems. Agora Controllers are where you register the specific applications and environments that will be exchanging information via the Event Hub. An Agora Controller is a combination of Product, Client Id, Tenant and Environment. All of those combine to identify a unique source/destination when information is exchanged. Data export files from a connected MRI system can be imported via an upload facility. |

Agora Events are entities that are used to manage the configuration of MRI Evolution in relation to the Agora Event Hub and the integration with other MRI systems. In simple terms, the Agora Events provide an audit trail of the exchange of data between integrated MRI systems via the Agora Event Hub. |

Agora Dead Letters |
Agora Dead Letters are created as a result of Event Hub messages that the messaging system cannot or should not deliver. There are a number of reasons why the message cannot be delivered, such as system validation, incorrectly formatted messages, messages having been read and rejected too many times and so on. |
