Print Redirection

MRI Evolution allows automated re-direction and printing of reports and job cards within the system. The redirection can be configured by Building, Category of work, Contract or Priority and can be limited to certain times of day e.g. urgent breakdown job cards to go direct to the engineers’ office

System Administration > System Preferences > Printing > Print Redirection

The link will open the Print Redirection grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Print Redirection click New , to edit an existing Print Redirection click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Print Redirection.

Field Name	Description
Report Type	From the drop down select the report to redirect. All - All reports BD - Breakdown Job Cards PO - Purchase Orders POR - Purchase Order Requests PPM - PPM Job Cards CSF - Customer Satisfaction Reports OW - Other Works Job Cards RB - Room Bookings
Building	From the drop down select the Building the report is related too.
Priority	From the drop down select the Priority the report is relating too.
Category	From the drop down select the Category the report is relating to.
Contract	From the drop down select the Contract the report is relating to.
Select Printer	From the drop down select the Printer the report is to be printed to
Start Time	Enter the start time of day for the redirection to occur.
End time	Enter the end time of day for the redirection to occur.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .

If the Report Type, Building, Priority, Category and Contract rules are meet the Print redirect function will automatically send the reports to the directed printers.

Ordering Redirection Rules
