Instruction Set Schedules

A new system entity called Instruction Set Schedules has been added.

Instruction Set Schedules can be used for anything from generic guidelines for performing Tasks to a very specific set of instructions to be followed during Planned Maintenance for PPM Tasks. Adding the number of Staff required to carry out a Task and the Estimated Time and Costs related to a Task, will provide more accurate information for planning of budgets and Staffing levels.

Instruction Set Schedules can:

  • Have Instruction Sets assigned to them, thereby grouping the Instruction Sets to provide more granular levels of maintenance detail

  • Be assigned to one or more Regimes

  • Be mapped to SFG20's list of Maintenance Schedules and depending on the configuration of the SFG20 Facilities iQ Integration Settings they can be automatically maintained via the Facilities iQ Integration

  • Be used without the need to integrate with SFG20

Regimes

A new system entity called Regimes has been added.

Maintenance Regimes are used to define maintenance schedules for specific Assets, Buildings, Locations, Contracts and so on.

Regimes can be made up of Sub Groups of Regimes to provide more granular levels of maintenance detail.

Regimes and Regime Sub Groups are a way to group Instruction Set Schedules. Instruction Set Schedules can exist in multiple Regimes and Regime Sub Groups.

Regimes can be mapped to SFG20's list of Maintenance Schedules and depending on the configuration of the SFG20 Facilities iQ Integration Settings they can be automatically maintained via the Facilities iQ Integration.

SFG20 Facilities iQ Integration Settings

A new page to maintain the SFG20 Facilities iQ settings has been added. The page allows users to configure their integration with the SFG20 Facilities iQ software solution.

The configuration options relate to the following:

  • Define which SFG20 Schedules and Tasks are retrieved via the Facilities iQ API, based on the frequency of the recommended action

  • Control how the SFG20 integration determines key values for any Instruction Sets created from the SFG20 Schedules

  • Control how the SFG20 integration will store the itemised Tasks within each SFG20 Schedule

  • Control how the SFG20 integration will manage version updates and ensure that existing PPMs are using the latest SFG20 standards

  • Control other data creation actions that might be performed by the SFG20 integration
