Updates to the Survey Designer, available from Work & Access Surveys, Supply Chain Surveys and Mobile Audit Templates:

Enable Comments for Questions

• A prompt for additional supporting Comments can be enabled for all Question Types, with the exception of the following: Panels. Expression (read-only) and Comment

Multiple Answers per Question

• Questionnaire Design allows for questions that prompt multiple answers

Dynamic Panels

• The design of Surveys now allows you to define groups of one or more Questions that can be presented to the user multiple times on demand

Import/Export Survey JSON

• The ability to export the JSON file (containing the Questions and so on) from an existing Survey and import it to another Survey has been added, thus saving time when creating multiple similar Surveys

Survey Designer in Mobile Audits

• Mobile Audits has been updated so that it is now possible to set up questions for the Mobile Audit using the Survey Designer
• All functionality available with the Survey Designer is also available for Mobile Audits, including Conditional Logic, Paging and new features added in v5.6.0.0 such as Dynamic Panels, Multiple Answers and Comments
• The Evolution Go Audit Now Activity has been updated to display Survey Questions in the new format when Mobile Audits have been designed in the new Survey Designer

Updates to Mobile Audits:

• The Mobile Audits grid has been updated:
  • The Mobile Audit input panel is opened from the grid instead of the Mobile Audit Results input panel
  • Improvements have been made to the grid entity relationships so that the details of the related Task are displayed correctly, including a hyperlink to the Task
• Mobile Audit input panel updates:
  • Two new fields added to the page - Task ID, Task Status
  • Two fields have been removed from the page - Completed Date, Completed By
  • Mobile Audit State has been added, top right
  • New toolbar buttons have been added to the Mobile Audit input panel related to previewing Audit Surveys and opening the Survey Designer
  • The Mobile Audit Results page has been converted to be a sub navigation of the Mobile Audit input panel

  • New fields added and layout changes to the Mobile Audit Results input panel
• Mobile Audit Items input panel
  • New fields added and layout changes to the Mobile Audit Items input panel
  • Updated toolbar buttons

• A new Instruction Sets sub navigation has been added to the Skills input panel
  • The sub-navigation contains a grid listing Instruction Sets that are linked to the current Skill via the Requirements table
  • Instruction Sets can be assigned to the current Skill directly from the new sub navigation to form a Requirement for Tasks
• A new Qualified Resources sub navigation has been added to the Skills input panel
  • The sub navigation contains a grid listing Resources that have attained the current Skill
  • Skills are added to a Resource via the Skills sub navigation of the Resources input panel
