Advanced Helpdesk - Notes
Free format notes, pertinent to the Task, can be added in the Advanced Helpdesk in two places (but are stored in the same database field):
- General sub menu > Notes tab > Notes field
- Notes sub menu > Notes field
Task Management > Advanced Helpdesk > Notes
The link will open Advanced Helpdesk Notes. To add notes enter the text in the Note field
Complete the field and click Save and Close .
