Requirements (Resource Skills) for the Task can be viewed and assigned from the sub navigation on the Advanced Helpdesk

Task Management > Advanced Helpdesk - Work Permits

The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk / Requirements grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To assign Requirements click Assign , Resource Skills in the right hand assignment window are assigned to the Task.
