Live View Overview

Available from 4.3.0

Live View allows a business to use a single widget to show geographical and numerical summaries for data relating to:

• Tasks
• Assets
• Stock
• Bookings
• Location data

The summaries are provided by using floor plans with Queries and Summaries attached to generate the data.

At set intervals the Widget will auto progress through different Zones and Queries with assigned Summaries; this can be stopped, started and navigated through manually.

At any point three components are needed to present a Live View Widget:

• Area – Areas or Floor Plans are set up as Zones
• Selecting Records – Queries are used to filter records
• Colouration – Summaries dictate colouration

KPIs can be added to the widget in addition to this to provide additional or extra data.

	Zone Settings	Zone settings are used to set the background image and Location areas for Live View Widgets.
	Live View Summaries	Summaries connect to System Queries within the Live View Widget, the Summaries are then used to group and colour information.
	Pages	Pages are used to display widgets.
	Menu Items	Menus are used to navigate to the Pages which contain Widgets.
