Live View Overview
Available from 4.3.0
Live View allows a business to use a single widget to show geographical and numerical summaries for data relating to:
- Tasks
- Assets
- Stock
- Bookings
- Location data
The summaries are provided by using floor plans with Queries and Summaries attached to generate the data.
At set intervals the Widget will auto-progress through different Zones and Queries with assigned Summaries; this can be stopped, started and navigated through manually.
At any point three components are needed to present a Live View Widget:
- Area – Areas or Floor Plans are set up as Zones
- Selecting Records – Queries are used to filter records
- Colouration – Summaries dictate colouration
KPIs can be added to the widget in addition to this to provide additional or extra data.
