Stores

The Stores module allows management of an organisation’s Stock. Records can be kept of any Stock that is purchased and subsequently used.

The Stores module can be integrated with the Order module so Stock can be ordered and received as required.

Stock can be issued and returned, Stock-takes can be produced and the results can be recorded, and manual adjustments can be made to ensure that Stock levels are accurate.

Settings

Settings > User Accounts

	User Accounts	Apply Stores Permissions and ensure User has access to Stock Locations.

	Cost Codes	Create Cost Codes to associate Stock Cost with.
	Cost Centres	Create Cost Centres to associate Stock Cost with.
	Suppliers	Create Suppliers of Stock.

Settings > Stores

	Stock Groups	Stock Groups allow Stock Parts to be grouped together.
	Stock Classes	Stock Classes allow Stock Groups to be sub-divided for further filtering.
	Stock Charges	Stock Charges are categories for additional charges that can be applied to a Purchase Order such as delivery charges.
	Stores Preferences	Set whether the system is using Standard Stores or FIFO model.
