Contracts

Each Contract within Concept Evolution should reflect an operational division within a business. This may be a relationship with a single Supplier; an individual Site; regional office or whatever other divisions best suit the organisation.

Concept Evolution allows Contracts to be grouped together in logical groups to reflect an organisation's structure, to aid reporting and to ensure Users can only see relevant Contracts.

	Contract Group	Concept Evolution allows Contracts to be grouped together in logical groups to reflect an organisation's structure and to aid reporting. Each Contract must be part of a Contract Group. Users can only view and work with the Contract Groups they have been granted access to.
	Contract Notice Period	Not currently in use
	Schedule Of Rates Category	Schedule of Rates Categories can be used to help filter when applying a Schedule of Rates to a Task.
	Schedule Of Rates Sub Category	Schedule of Rates Sub Categories can be used to help filter when applying a Schedule of Rates to a Task.
	Schedule Of Rates Master Groups	A Schedule of Rates (SOR) is a price guide for estimating, tendering and contracting works. If an organisation uses set prices for completing similar works regardless of location they are using a Schedule of Rates e.g. Charging the same rate in any location for building 1m² of red brick wall.
	Master Rates Cost Matrix	Schedules of Rates can be auto assigned to Tasks via Instruction Sets, the costs can then be auto calculated and populated using the Master Rates Cost Matrix.
	PPM Issue Templates	PPM Issue Templates allow PPMs to be auto issued at a set period of time in advance.
