  • Master Header
    • Application Names - MRI Evolution, Evolution Connect, Evolution Reach
    • The logos used in the master header of Evolution Connect and Reach will now display differently depending on the size of the user's screen. When screen size is less than 1300px wide the application name and logo will be consolidated into a single image

    • The Home, Comms, Messages and Help logo colours have been updated

Advanced Helpdesk - Events sub navigation

The Events sub navigation has been divided into two tabs; Events and Timeline.

  • The Events tab contains the existing Events grid but with the following updates:
    • Functionality has been added allowing users to enter search criteria and run Queries against the Events grid in order to return matching records

    • Column filters have been added to the Events grid, allowing users to further refine the data displayed in the grid

  • The Timeline tab has been added to display Service Level Agreement target dates and Events related to the current Task in a linear graphical timeline
  •  The timeline will:
    • display the entries in descending chronological order with the most recent at the top

    • display the title of the SLA target date or Event as well as the date it occurred or is due to occur

    • display a coloured circle, per entry, providing a visual indicator of the type, whether it has been actioned and whether it has breached the SLA target date set

    • allow users to open Events directly from the timeline by clicking on the title

    • allow users to see more information about the Event directly from the timeline

Tasks The size of the Task Step Answer text field (F_TASK_ANS.TA_ANS_QUESTION) has been increased to 4000 characters to be consistent with the Instruction Step Text field (F_IN_STEPS.INSTP_TEXT). Advanced Helpdesk
