Project Task Groups

Task Groups allows a Project to be organised together into groups e.g. Phase One, Phase Two. This makes the tracking and monitoring of a project easier. Once Task Groups have been set up individual Project Tasks can be created and managed to show Resource time and finance detail.

Modules > Projects > Project - Tasks Groups

The link will open the Project / Tasks Groups grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Tasks Group click New , to edit an existing Tasks Group click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Tasks Group

Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Project Task Group header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.
