Catering Management

The Catering Management grid shows all catering that has been ordered. This allows a clear view of all catering requirements past and present.

New catering items can be added and existing ones can be amended. The status of the item can also be changed.

Modules > Catering Management > Catering Management

The link will open the Catering Management grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

If the Catering Item has been added from a Facility Booking it will be viewable from the grid.

To add a new Catering Item click New , to edit an existing Catering Item click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Catering Item.

Field Name	Description
Building	From the drop down select the Building for the Catering Item.
Ordered by	From the drop down select who ordered the Catering Item - this list is connected to Contacts
Location	From the drop down select the Location for the Catering Item.
Telephone	The telephone number of the person ordering the Catering Item - if the "Ordered By" field has been selected from a Contact this may auto populate.
Department	Auto populated by the contact details.
Department Group	Auto populated by the contact details.
Host	From the drop down select the host for the booking - this list is connected to Contacts.
Catering Item	From the drop down select the Catering Item - for more information see Catering Menus.
Status	From the drop down select the Catering Status - for more information see Catering Status Management
Booking Reference	From the drop down select the Facilities Booking reference.
Cost Centre	From the drop down select the Cost Centre - for more information see Cost Centres
Cost Code	From the drop down select the Cost Code - for more information see Cost Codes
Item Reference	Auto populated by Concept Evolution with the next sequential catering number.
Quantity	The quantity of the Catering items on order,
Cost	Auto calculated with the cost of the Catering Items.
Cost Price	Auto populated with the cost price of the Catering Item.
Total Cost	Auto populated with the total cost of the Catering Items.
Required	The date and time the Catering Item is required.
Collection	The date and time the Catering Item is to be collected or cleared.
Booking Catering Notes	Notes relating to the Facility Booking.
Catering Item Notes	Notes relating to the specific Catering Item.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
