Catering Status Management

Catering Status Management allows a colour set to be created to allow Catering items to be colour coded according to there status in the Catering management grid.

Modules > Catering Management > Catering Status Management

The link will open the Catering Status Management grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Catering Status Management click New , to edit an existing Catering Status Management click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Catering Status Management.

Field Name	Description
Code	The code of the Catering Status Management.
Description	The description of the Catering Status Management.
Default	Check the box if the Catering Status Management is to be the default status.
Exclude Status	Check the box if Catering with this status should be made non -visible in the grid.
Back Colour	Select the background colour for the Catering line to turn in the grid.
Fore Colour	Select the fore colour (text) for the Catering line to turn in the grid.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
