Contacts

A new feature has been added that will allow any Account linked to a Contact to choose to Opt-out of receiving automated emails generated by the system via standard functionality of workflows.

Contact Status

Contacts can now have statuses making it much easier for clients to manage their Contact Directory. Contacts can be moved to History which will remove them from selection in all operational areas without affecting data integrity. Additional Statuses can be configured to give full control of the exact status of Contacts

Queries

Some new notation options have been added to allow Users to create really useful queries that use attributes of the Account currently logged on

Administrators can use Queries to control the options shown to Users in the various fields and drop downs that list names in the Contact Manager

User Self Management

A new Self-Management Menu has been added to Evolution and Connect that will allow Users to view and manage details about their Account and linked Contact details.

Clients - Published Accounts

Sales Invoicing Clients now have the ability to be published to Accounts. This means that it is now possible to restrict the visibility of all Sales Invoice data on so that an account only sees data for the Clients they have been allocated
