Maintenance Release 4.4.7 Overview

Maintenance Release 4.4.7 included system enchantments to Concept Evolution.

 

Catering Items

A new sub navigation has been added to Locations to allow Catering menus to be excluded from the Location entity.

Supplier Quotes

A "valid until" date field has been added to the information a Supplier can submit against a Quote.

Work Permits

A new drop down field has been added to allow an individual Resource to be associated with a Work Permit.

Planned Task Events

A new Grid navigation has been added to allow a User to view all Planned Events.

Purchase Order Preferences

A new Purchase Order Preference has been added to prevent Users from authorising their own Purchase Orders.

Utilities

A new report has been added to Utilities to allow Utility consumption to be easily viewed.

Tasks

The capability to restore cancelled Tasks from History has been enabled.

Contract Views

A new check box has been added to the Contract assignment grids to enable expired Contracts to be easily viewed.

Advanced Helpdesk

Sub navigation menus within the Advanced Helpdesk will no longer appear for a User that does not have a least the "Read" permissions.

Booking Attendees Table

New fields have been added to Booking Attendees table (F_BOOK_ATT) to record the user Account of the person who created the Attendee / Visitor record and also the Application Type which created the Attendee / Visitor.

Helpdesk Widget

A new feature has been added to the Helpdesk Widget to "Clear location information". This clears the Department, Site, Building and Location information.

Documents

The default behaviour of the "Available On" field when adding new documents to the system has been changed. Now the application currently being used to upload the document will be automatically selected (In addition to Evolution).

Resource Planner

Absences which span multiple days can now be entered and displayed within the Resource Planner.

Facilities Booking

It has been made easier to create new Contact and Chairperson details direct from the Booking Input panel within Evolution (By the addition of hyper links on the labels to take the user to the input panel for these records).

Excel Import Tool

The ability to manage web server proxy settings has been added to the excel import tool.

Task Securables

New securables have been added for Bulk Complete and Bulk Sign Off permission separate to the existing securables for individual Tasks.

PPM Service

Serviceable Months Boolean values in the PPMService were set to False by default. This meant that if the values were not provided by default no months would be serviceable for PPMs created or modified by this web service. This has been changed so that if serviceable months are not supplied during creation they will be ticked by default and if not supplied during update they will not be changed for that PPM.

Related Entities

The number of related entities has been added (In the menu label) to the following sub navigation menu items on the Advanced Helpdesk:- Requested Quotes, Issued Quotes, Multiple Reporters, Multiple Locations

 

Configuration Tool

•The Configuration Tool can now correctly create tables and update then in an Oracle topology database.
