Advanced Helpdesk - Tasks List

Tasks List within the Advanced Helpdesk allows a quick view of similar Tasks that are being carried out or have been carried out recently either the same Location, against the same Asset or on the same Contract. This can be useful to check if they may be works going on that could effect the current Task or aid more efficient Resource assignment.

The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk / Tasks List grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

The Tasks list can be filtered to show Tasks over :

• A certain amount of days
• Logged in either the same Building, on the same Contract or against the same Asset
• Logged by the current User or all Users
• Tasks in Active /Assigned, Completed or Historic States
