Advanced Helpdesk - Regulations

As part of Compliance monitoring, assigning Regulations will enable clear definition of the Regulations that a Task is adhering to.

Once the list of Regulations has been created, the Regulations can be attached by either using an Instruction Set to pre populate the regulation, or by manual assignment to an individual Task.

Task management > Advanced Helpdesk - Regulations

The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk / Regulation grid. It is a grid that can be sorted and customised as normal.

To assign Regulations click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.
