Advanced Helpdesk - Audits - FSI GO module
A Mobile Audit can be added to an Active Task. When it is the subsequently assigned to a Resource, the Task on the GO device will show the audit questions to be answered by the Resource as part of the Task.
Task Management > Advanced Helpdesk - Audits
The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk / Audits grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Audit click New , to edit an existing Audit click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Audit.

Template Type |
From the drop down select the Template Type - for more information see Mobile Audit Types. |
Report |
From the drop down select the report to display the audit results - The report AS-001 has been specifically created for the Mobile Audit module, however custom reports can be used. |
Template |

Completed Date |
Auto populated with the date the Audit is completed. |
Name |
The name of the Audit. |
Completed by |
Auto populated with the name of the User who completed the Audit. |
Entity |
From the drop down select the entity to audit. |
Est Time per Entity |
The estimated time taken to complete and audit on an entity. |
Total Est Time |
Auto calculated with the total estimated time for the audit to be completed – entities must be assigned for calculation. |
Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Audit header has been completed and saved entities can be assigned. These can be assigned manually or by using the wizard.

The Lower part of the Audit window shows the entity grid. It is a grid view that can be customised and sorted as normal.
To assign entities click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.

Entities can be added to a Mobile Audit using a wizard.

To assign entities using the wizard click Randomly Generate Audit Items , a pop up window will appear. Enter the percentage of entities to audit and select a system query to find the entities. Clicking OK will generate the entities to audit.
