Site
A Site can represent a geographical area e.g. London, a large area e.g. The Hospital Site or a small group of Buildings e.g. The Square.
The list of Sites are maintained here.
Facilities > Property and Estates > Site
The link will open the Site grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Site click New 
, to edit and existing Site click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Site.

Complete the fields and click Save 
. Once the Site header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be created and assigned.
These include:
- Contacts
- Buildings

Additional Contacts can be assigned to Sites, these are connected to Concept Evolution Contacts.
Facilities > Property and Estates > Site - Contacts
The link will open the Site / Contacts grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To assign Contacts click Assign 
, entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.

Buildings
Click to view more detail.
All Buildings are connected to a Site and can be viewed and edited from the is grid.
Facilities > Property and Estates > Site - Buildings
The link will open the Site / Building grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Building click New , to edit and existing Building click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Building
