Calendar Templates
Calendar Templates allow a pattern of days to be set up that can be used within Calendars to quickly set up Calendar Dates.
This list of Calendar Templates is maintained here.
Settings > SLA Settings > Calender Templates
The link will open the Calendar Templates grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Calendar Template click New 
, to edit an existing Calendar Template click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Calendar Template.

Complete the fields and click Save 
. Once the Calendar Template header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be created.

- Calendar Days
Calendar Days

Calendar Days are set within a Calendar Template to reflect a recurring pattern of Calendar Days

The link will open the Calendar Templates / Calendar Days grid. It is a grid view that can be customised and sorted as normal.
To add a new Calendar Day click New , to edit an existing Calendar Day click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Calendar Day.

Once created the order of the Calendar Days can be altered by using Move Up 
, and Move Down
