Bind Service Payments to Contract

Service Payments must be bound to a Contract.

Service Payment |
From the drop down select the Service Payments - for more information see Service Payments. |
Percentage |
Enter the percentage of the Service Payment to be charged to the contract - a service payment could be bound to multiple Contracts. |
Generate Task periods per calender session per SLA response period |
If checked and subsequent "Repose periods requiring Task periods" are also checked, the target Task periods will be displayed on the Advanced Helpdesk. |
Generate periods for incomplete Tasks to Batch End |
If checked Concept Evolution will generate periods for any tasks not in history that have been picked up in a PMS Batch to the Batch End date. |
Calender Session Response Time |
From the drop down select the Response time for the session. |
Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
Note: PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in Concept Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
