Templates

Customer Satisfaction Templates are used to create consistent customer satisfaction forms that can be sent to customers. These templates are then assigned to either a Task or Purchase Order so customer feedback can be recorded.

Settings > Customer Satisfaction Forms > Templates

The link will open the Templates grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Template click New , to edit and existing Template click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Template.

Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Template header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.
