Templates
Customer Satisfaction Templates are used to create consistent customer satisfaction forms that can be sent to customers. These templates are then assigned to either a Task or Purchase Order so customer feedback can be recorded.

The list of Templates is maintained here.
Settings > Customer Satisfaction Forms > Templates
The link will open the Templates grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Template click New
, to edit and existing Template click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Template.
Template Name |
The name of the Template. |
Entity |
From the drop down select the entity this Template is for, Tasks or Purchase Orders. |
Reach Default |
Check the box to enable this to be the default Customer Satisfaction Form used within the Reach Module. This requires a workflow in order to distribute the link to the page for the appropriate task. |
Complete the fields and click Save
. Once the Template header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.

Once a the Template header has been completed the relevant questions can be assigned to it.
Settings > Customer Satisfaction Forms > Templates - Assign Questions
The link will open the Template / Assigned Questions grid. It is a grid view that can be customised and sorted as normal.
To assign Questions click Assign
, entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.
Once the Questions have been assigned, the order they appear on the form can be altered by using Move Up
and Move Down
.
