Questions
Customer Satisfaction uses questions to create templates, these templates can then be attached to either a Task or Purchase Order to allow customer feedback to be recorded within Concept Evolution.

The list of Questions is maintained here.
Settings > Customer Satisfaction Forms > Questions
The link will open the Questions grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Question click New , to edit and existing Question click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Question.

Description |
Enter a longer description of the question to aid the customer giving feedback e.g. if you are looking for a rating answer is one good or unsatisfactory? |
Question Type |
There are three Question Types that can be asked:
- Yes / No - ask a question that requires a Yes or No response.
- Rating - ask a question that requires a rated response, clicking this option will create an extra field asking for the upper limit of the rating.
- Radio Button Responses - ask a question that requires an answer to be picked from a list, this list can be created by clicking "Add Value"

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
