Team
Contacts can be put into Teams. Teams can be used to create sub-groups within an organisation that Contacts may belong to, for example Fire Marshall’s or First Aiders. This can be useful for filtering and reporting.
To create Contacts see Contacts.
The list of Teams is maintained here.
Settings > Contacts > Team
The link will open the Team grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Team click New 
, to edit an existing Team click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Team.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
