Contact Classes
Concept Evolution allows classes to be defined for each Contact, for example Site Managers or Contract Managers. This can be useful for filtering and reporting.
To create Contacts see Contacts
The list of Contact Classes is maintained here.
Settings > Contacts >Contact Classes
The link will open the Contact Class grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Contact Class click New 
, to edit and existing Contacts Class click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Contact Class.
Click to view - Contact Class Fields and Descriptions
Complete the fields and click Save and Close
