Contact Classes
MRI Evolution allows classes to be defined for each Contact, for example Site Managers or Contract Managers. This can be useful for filtering and reporting.
The list of Contact Classes is maintained here.
Settings > Contacts >Contact Classes
The link will open the Contact Class grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Contact Class click New 
, to edit an existing Contacts Class click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Contact Class.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close

Useful Contacts can be assigned to the Contact Class.

To assign Contacts click Assign
