Activity Type
Activities can be stored against Contacts. Within day-to-day operations, Contacts may be required to undertake certain activities. For example: fire drills and staff induction. Creating Activity Types will allow a record to be held of these activities.
To create Contacts see Contacts
The list of Activity Types is maintained here.
Settings > Contacts >Activity Type
The link will open the Activity Type Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Activity Type click New 
, to edit and existing Activity Type click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of an Activity Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
