Advanced Helpdesk	The Documents sub navigation has been updated to include more Task-related entities in the drop down filter: Time Records Appointment Visits Events Surveys Mobile Audits When creating and assigning time records to Resources, the prompt for completing Work & Access Survey Templates has been updated as follows: If the Survey Response Behaviour in MRI Evolution is set to Required for each Assigned Resource a check whether a Response has already been provided for this Task and Resource will occur If a valid response is found then allow the user to continue with no prompts If no valid response is found the following on-screen message will be displayed - "This Task requires a response to one or more Work Surveys prior to assignment. All Grids	Grids can now be sorted by foreign key related entities. For example: The Asset (FASSET) entity has a Sort By Column value defined. Asset has been added to the Tasks grid as a foreign key relationship. A user can click on the Asset column header in the Tasks grid and the Tasks grid will be sorted by the Sort By Column defined against the Asset entity.	All Grids

Purchase Order Preferences	A new preference called Auto-Create Task Work Order POs has been added. The preference controls whether a Task Work Order Purchase Order will be created automatically for each Task when the Task Status is changed to a selected status.	Purchase Order Preferences
Requested Quotes	The Requested Quotes grid has been updated to include the Show Historic Records toggle icon - Clicking the icon will show/hide Historic and Cancelled Requested Quote records.	Requested Quotes
SLA Editor	The usability of the SLA Editor has been improved as follows: The three window components can be re-sized by users, the re-sized windows are persisted The Toolbar has been updated as follows: Text labels have been added to the toolbar buttons The toolbar buttons have been re-organised in order to make them consistent with other areas of MRI Evolution New toolbar buttons for Expand All and Collapse All nodes in the SLA Matrix tree New toolbar button to launch the new SLA Matrix SLA-MT001 report A number field has been added to the toolbar between the Previous Page and Next Page buttons. Users can enter a number in this box to jump straight to the selected page number. Table Register	A new Sort By Column has been added, allowing users to select a field that will be used to sort grid records when the current entity is included as a foreign key relationship on a grid of different entity and the user clicks the column header of the foreign key field to sort the different entity's grid. Task Preferences	New Task SLA Colours tab added with the same preferences as can be set in the Task User Preferences page but the preferences set here can override the User Preferences. New preference - Enable Evolution Prompts for Task Completion State Change Reasons When enabled, a User that is attempting to change the status of a Task to COMPLETED will be prompted to provide a reason for Completing the Task New preference - Enable Evolution Prompts for Task Sign Off State Change Reasons When Enabled, a User that is attempting to change the status of a Task to HISTORY will be prompted to provide a reason for Signing Off the Task to History	Task Preferences
