Widget - @yourService Embedded Widget

Available from 6.2.0.0

The MRI Dreamscape @yourService product can now be embedded in an MRI Evolution Widget.

The availability of the Widget Template will be controlled by a new Purchase Key - @yourService Embedded Service Request Widget.

Access to Evolution Reach Widget instances with an @yourService Embedded Widget template will be controlled by:

• A new @yourService Work Order Diagnosis User Licence Type

• The user's Account must be linked to a Contact:

  • with a valid Email Address

  • OR 

  • linked to an MRI Dreamscape user account

Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : @yourService Embedded Widget.

Complete all relevant fields and values then click Save .
