The 5.8.2.0 release included the following:

Task Appointments

  • New No Access Appointment Visits State and State Transitions.

    • From Evolution Go Tasks activity V6.1.0.1 onwards, assigned Resources will be able to indicate that they cannot gain access at the Appointment's destination.

    • If you are not using Evolution Go or if you are on an earlier version of the Evolution Go Tasks activity then this status is optional and can be set by MRI Evolution users on behalf of Resources, if required.

    • Permitted State Transition(s):

      • From Arrived to No Access
      • From Cancelled by Requester to No Access
    • New State Transitions added for Reschedule Required:
      • From No Access to Reschedule
    • New State Transitions added for Cancelled:
      • From No Access to Cancelled
  • The Create Revisit status group button has been updated:
    •  It is now additionally available when the AppointmentVisit State is one of the following:

      • Complete

      • History

    • When clicked, validation logic will apply to ensure that a revisit cannot be created if one or more of the associated Tasks have been signed off to history or cancelled

Tasks

  • When assigning a Resource to multiple selected Tasks in the grid, the existing checks to ensure that all of the Tasks are for the same Appointment Request have been modified to further check that all the Tasks are for the same Appointment Visit as well

  • New validation message as follows:

    • ‘All selected Tasks need to be in Contracts serviced by the same Supplier, must take place be in the same Time Zone, must be part of the same Appointment Request, have the same Appointment Visit, and cannot have a Status of Unauthorised, History, Rejected or Cancelled’
