Repositories

The Document Management functionality within Concept Evolution operates as a dedicated point of attachment and review for all documents attached to entities such as Assets, Buildings, Locations, Suppliers etc.

The Concept Evolution System Administrator can determine which entities may have Documents assigned. These Documents will be stored in a defined Repository either in the database, or outside of Concept Evolution.

To attach Documents see Document Grid and Documents

This list of Repositories is maintained here.

System Administration > System Preferences > Repositories

The link will open the Document Repository Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Document Repository click New , to edit and existing Document Repository click Edit .

Complete the fields and click Save . Once the Repository header has been completed and saved a sub menu will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.
