Exchange Server Preferences

Concept Evolution Facilities Booking module supports a connection to a Microsoft Exchange Server in order to sync meetings booked in Concept Evolution with attendees’ calendars.

The exchange server preference will be set up by FSI and the system administrator.

In order to use the two-way synchronisation offered by the Concept Evolution Outlook Integration, you will need to install the FSI Outlook Integration plugin on each computer wanting to use the two-way sync. Each User wanting to use the plugin will need to have an Outlook Web Service Account licence in addition to their Concept user licence(s).
