Historic PPM Issues

When PPMs are issued, a record of the Issue is recorded in Historic PPM Issues within the Task Management Menu. This provides details of when the PPMs were Issued, how many PPM Tasks were Issued and who issued them.

Task Management > Historic PPM Issues

The link will open the Historic PPM Issue grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To view an existing batch click Edit .

Field Name	Description
Issue Id	The issue batch number generated by MRI Evolution.
Issue Date	The date the PPMs were issued.
Issued For	The Contract or Contract Group the PPMs were issued against.
Tasks	The number of PPM Tasks issued in the batch.
Issued By	The User who issued the batch
Issue Notes	Any notes added to the batch at the time of issuing.

Once the Historic PPMs header has been opened a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be viewed.
