Widget - Visual Booking
Visual Booking allows a Users to make a facility booking e.g. a hot desk or car parking space, from a floor plan.
Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets
The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Widget click New 
, to edit an existing Widget click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.
Select the Widget template : Visual Booking. Complete the fields and click Save 
. Click Configure Widget

From the drop down select the report that can be printed as confirmation of the booking. |

| Advanced Booking Limit |
Advanced booking limits can be set in days or weeks:
- Days: This is a rolling availability option. From any given day, the set number of days in advance is available to book for.
- Weeks: This availability is released in blocks.

| AM Definition |
Set the time definition for an AM booking slot. |
| PM Definition |
Set the time definition for a PM booking slot. |
| All Day Definition |
Set the time definition for an all day booking slot. |
| Please select which optional fields should be visible and optionally set a default value |

| Chair , Chair Email Address, Description, User Defined, Course |
Check the boxes for the specific fields that will be displayed when the User confirms their booking. |
Complete the fields and click Save and Close
