Widget - Visual Booking

Visual Booking allows a Users to make a facility booking e.g. a hot desk or car parking space, from a floor plan.

Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Visual Booking. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
General
Report	From the drop down select the report that can be printed as confirmation of the booking.
Location Type	From the drop down select the Location Type - for more information see Location Types
Booking Type	From the drop down select the Booking Type - for more information see Booking Types
Advanced Booking Limit	Advanced booking limits can be set in days or weeks: Days: This is a rolling availability option. From any given day, the set number of days in advance is available to book for. Weeks: This availability is released in blocks.
First Day of Week	From the drop down select the first day of the week.
Please select time range for definition below
AM Definition	Set the time definition for an AM booking slot.
PM Definition	Set the time definition for a PM booking slot.
All Day Definition	Set the time definition for an all day booking slot.
Please select which optional fields should be visible and optionally set a default value
Chair , Chair Email Address, Description, User Defined, Course	Check the boxes for the specific fields that will be displayed when the User confirms their booking.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
