Booking Types

Booking Type are used to flag certain types of Facility Booking e.g. general meeting. They can be added to Facility Bookings to aid filtering and reporting.

The list of Booking Types is maintained here.

Settings > Facilities Booking > Booking Types

The link will open the Booking Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Booking Type click New , to edit an existing Booking Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Booking Type.

Field Name	Description
Name	The name of the Booking Type.
Description	The description of the Booking Type.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
