Widget - Facilities Booking Check In

Facilities bookings can be checked in via a widget.

Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Facility Booking Check In. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
New Booking Widget	From the drop down select the widget to use if a new booking is made form the Facilities Check in widget.
Check-in status	From the drop down select the Booking Item Status to mark the booking as when checked in
Select the "Location Types" you want to be viewed in the Check-In Widget.
Location Type Check boxes	Check the boxes for the different Location Types to be checked in.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
