Widget - Booking Availability

The Booking Availability Widget allows a User to set what rooms are available at a glance.

Settings > Widget Setup > Widgets

The link will open the Widgets grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Widget click New , to edit an existing Widget click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Widget.

Select the Widget template : Booking Availability. Complete the fields and click Save . Click Configure Widget .

Field Name	Description
Default Time	Enter the default times to be seen in the planner
Planner Mode	Check the box if the planner is to be viewed in the 24hr mode.
ToolTip Setup	Check the boxes to dictate what information will be seen in a pop up window if a User hovers over a booking.

Field Name	Description
Location Information	Check the boxes to dictate what Location information can be seen in the planner.
Size	Set the size of the columns in pixels.

Field Name	Description
Display	Check the boxes to dictate what Display information can be seen in the planner.
Order	Set the order of the information will appear.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
