Feedback Types

Feedback Types are used from Instruction Set Steps and must be set up before Instruction Set Steps can be created.

The list of Feedback Types are maintained here.

Settings > Tasks > Feedback Types

The link will open the Feedback Types grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Feedback Type click New , to edit and existing Feedback Type click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Feedback Type.

Field Name	Description
Type of Feedback	The name of the type of Feedback.
Response Type	From the drop down select the Type of Feedback from: Numeric: a numeric answer . Yes / No: a yes or no answer. Text: a free text answer. Date: a date answer. Date / Time: a date time answer. Answer Set: allows the creation of a pick list, the list can be created by clicking Add Answer.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
