Sales Invoice Export State
Concept Evolution invoice data can be exported third party software e.g. an accounts package. Using the sales invoice export state enables a User to see which invoices have been exported, which are pending etc.

Settings > Sales Invoicing > Sales Invoice Export State
The link will open the Sales Invoice Export State grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Sales Invoice Export State click New 
, to edit an existing Sales Invoice Export State click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Sales Invoice Export State.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
