SLA Preferences
SLA Settings enable the changing of the SLA target if using sessions. Response times can be globally set to the end of the current or next session, or at the beginning of the next session.

Settings > SLA Settings > SLA Preferences
From the drop down select the SLA Preference:
- Due At End Of Session And Include Current Session - The SLA will be due at end of current session
- Due At End Of Session And Exclude Current Session -The SLA will be due at end of next session
- Due At Start Of Next Session -The SLA will be due at start of next session
