Calendar Sessions

SLA periods enables MRI Evolution to calculate SLAs according to predefined portions of time, like working hours and complex Calendars such as school terms.

The hours in the day can be collated into Calendar Sessions.

This list of Calendar Sessions is maintained here.

Settings > SLA Settings > Calendar Sessions or

Settings > Appointments & Visits > Calendar Sessions

The link will open the Calendar Sessions grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Calendar Session click New , to edit an existing Calendar Session click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Calendar Session.

Field Name	Description
Name	Available from 5.5.0.0 The name of the Calendar Session
Description	Available from 5.5.0.0 The description of the Calendar Session
Start Time	Enter the start time for the Session
End Time	Enter the end time for the Session
Booking Required	Check the box if the Session requires a Facility Booking in the Location to enable the Session. Note: This field has no effect on the functionality of Appointments
Span midnight as single Session	Check the box if the Session is to span midnight - end time must be set to 24:00 to enable this box. Note: This field has no effect on the functionality of Appointments
Resource Planner Colour	Use the colour picker to dictate the colour the shift will go in the Resource Planner if used to create a Resource Calendar.
Use for Appointments	Available from 5.5.0.0 Checkbox to enable/disable the ability to book Appointments during the Calendar Session.
Default Rate	Available from 5.5.0.0 The Default Rate at which Appointments will be charged at during the Calendar Session.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
