Quote Rejection Reasons
Quote Rejection Reason are a list of reasons why a Requested Quote may be rejected e.g. quote is to expensive or quote no longer required.
The list of Quote Rejection Reasons are maintained here.
Settings > Quotes > Quote Rejection Reasons
The link will open the Quote Rejection Reasons grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Quote Rejection Reason click New 
, to edit an existing Quote Rejection Reason click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Quote Rejection Reason.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
