Quote Approval Reasons
When a Requested quote is Approved an Approval Reason can be attached e.g. Customer preferred Supplier or Most Competitive Quote.
The list of Quote Approval Reasons are maintained here.
Settings > Quotes > Quote Approval Reasons
The link will open the Quote Approval Reasons grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new Quote Approval Reason click New 
, to edit an existing Quote Approval Reason click Edit 
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a Quote Approval Reason.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close
