Service Level Specification (SLS)

SLS is a Service Level Specification that is laid out in the Payment Mechanism Contract. These would typically be Instruction Sets. Multiple Instructions Sets could be linked to one SLS as similar penalties could be incurred on failure e.g. plumbing problems like leaks and blocked toilets could have the same SLS.

Settings > Payment Mechanisms > SLS
The link will open the SLS grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new SLS click New , to edit an existing SLS click Edit
. A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a SLS.

Complete the fields and click Save . Once the SLS header has been completed and saved a sub navigation will appear to allow additional entities to be assigned.

Once the SLS header has been completed and saved, the Instruction Sets can be assigned.
Settings > Payment Mechanisms > SLS - Instruction Sets
The link will open the SLS / Instruction Sets grid. It is a grid view that can be customised and sorted as normal.
To assign Instruction Sets click Assign , entities in the right hand assignment window are connected.
Note: PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in MRI Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
