Creating Unavailability flags allows entities to be easily marked as Unavailable from the Advanced Helpdesk, this unavailability can be used to feed the PayMech calculation.
The list of PMS Unavailability flags is maintained here.
The link will open the PMS Unavailability grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.
To add a new PMS Unavailability click New , to edit an existing PMS Unavailability click Edit . A pop up window will appear which will allow the creation or amendment of a PMS Unavailability.
Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
Note: PayMech Module results are calculated using Workflow. Unless the calculation workflows are amended, changing settings in Concept Evolution may have no effect on PayMech outputs and results .
