Meeting Monitor Preferences

For use with QED meeting systems to check in /out of a meeting. Additional configuration is required to interact with QED Systems.

The Meeting Monitor Preferences are maintained here.

Settings > Facilities Booking > Meeting Monitor Preferences

The link will open the Meeting Monitor Preferences window.

Field Name	Description
Default Check In Status	From the drop down select the Booking Item Status.
Default Check Out Status	From the drop down select the Booking Item Status.

Complete the fields and click Save and Close .
