Repositories |
The Document Management functionality within Concept Evolution operates as a dedicated point of attachment and review for all documents attached to entities such as Assets, Buildings, Locations, Suppliers, etc. The Concept Evolution System Administrator can determine which entities may have Documents assigned. These Documents will be stored in a defined Repository either in the database, or outside of Concept Evolution. |
|
Table Register | By default not all entities in Concept Evolution have the capability to have documents stored against them. The link can be turned on from the Table Register to allow documents to be stored. |
